I lost my electrical cord and they replaced it promptly.

Worked right away for our cross country trip.

When I received my first SetPower PT35 it would not start. Called SetPower Customer Service. They had me perform some checks. I made a video and took some pictures which I sent to them. They determined that the unit was defective and authorized a return. They sent me the FedEx return label and I boxed up and returned the defective unit. They shipped out a new fridge immediately upon receiving the defective unit.

The personnel that I dealt with on chat and over the phone where all concerned about one thing. That I was satisfied with the process and kept me up date on everything that was going on. True professionals. Really concerned about customer satisfaction.

I received my new PT35 SetPower Fridge yesterday Just powered it up and it is working perfectly. Thank you to all who were involved in this transaction. If you want good customer service.......go with SetPower! They take care of their customers!!!

I never had a portable fridge before, but always wanted one for camping. Saw this deal and gave it a shot. I do not regret it in the least. Solidly packed for shipping! Let it sit for 24 hours before using in case shipper had it upside down. Plugged it in at home for first warm up. Temp said it was 72 F. Set the temp for 37 on both sides and a timer for 1 hour. Came back and it was at the desired temp and running smooth. Took it camping the first night and it ran perfect. Funny story though…the first night I was using it, got a call from SetPower customer care asking how it was. Doesn’t get any better than that!

Works great loving the extra battery for when the cars not running to keep things chilled

I've had several 12volt fridge/freezers including ARB, Dometic & Iceco. I bougth a PT35 for my daughter in June and she loves it. When they went on sale again, I bought a PT35 for a bird hunting buddy whose house I was stuck at while my truck was being worked on. He just used it to store birds on his week long grouse hunting trip and says he can't live without it now.

Works way better than the one that was included with the fridge.

I ordered this frig/freeze straight from Set power. Model PT30 32 qt. I ordered on a Saturday. A ticket was made on Sunday and I was dragging it in from my front porch on Wednesday morning. Absolutely awesome shipping. Sent me updates everyday to let me know where it was at. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. This thing cooled down really fast for having nothing in it on the test run. I love the simple controls and the downloaded mobile app is so awesome. Makes keeping track of your groceries easy peasy when you are away from the unit. You can even adjust temperatures from the mobile app. I will never buy another bag of overpriced bagged ice. Kudos to Setpower for an awesome product. They definitely nailed it

Purchased this insulated protection cover for my pt35 refrigerator and they shipped it out very quickly, the shipping company gave me trouble but the awesome team at setpower contacted them and solved the problem that was the shipping company's fault. This insulated protection cover is awesome and fits like a glove and does not restrict access whatsoever. The material on the bottom of the cover helps keep my refrigerator from sliding in my car. I do recommend this and also the pt35 refrigerator. Awesome products, awesome company and awesome group of people. Thank you setpower.

Absolutely what I needed

My power went out shortly after I had returned from camping with my Setpower frig/freezer, so it was still in the house. While I was away, my pg216 arrived. So, when the power was expected to be out for an extended period of time, I loaded up my little frig with my meats and dairy and even plugged my phone in over night and the little power pack was still at 69% in the morning! I’m impressed!
