The product works well but the temps were off by 4 degrees on the freezer side. So I needed to recalibrate the display. YOUR MANUAL IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANUAL I HAVE EVER READ IN MY LIFE. Not only does it not make any sense, they are out right wrong and full of inocrrect info. I have had to go on the web and facebook to figure out how to change and bunch of other things. Who wrote these manuals? How can the manual be so so so wrong??????
Fits perfectly under the bunk of my frieght liner, stays cold saves money saves energy a must have.
Company did get back to us about battery and is on back order. We used the refrigerator/freezer today and worked wonderfully. Glad we purchased this product. I believe that if you purchase one of these products you also will be very satisfied.

Received unit but didn't receive battery with order. Updated by company as being back ordered. We used the cooler/freezer for the first time and it is wonderful. Considering purchasing a smaller unit as we liked the bigger one so much. You won't be dissatisfied.
The fridge powers up and cools but controls are dead. I've been working with support for weeks. They keep asking for more pictures, videos and information. They even had me open up the fridge and check the connections. Often they ask for the same information again which is frustrating because email support is overseas and takes a day or more to respond. Phone support revers me back to email support and is of no help. I've asked for an RMA and a new fridge or my money back many times and not getting it. I don't feel this a reputable company and doubt they will even post this review. UPDATE: They finally sent me a new fridge. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars because the hassle to get a working fridge was unreasonable, but these things, WHEN WORKING, are awesome. I have a larger one that also works great. I ordered the wrong unit, and they were really prompt and fast to send me a label to return the wrong unit then when I shipped it, they quickly sent me an exchanged smaller unit. We plugged in the new unit and it works great. Thanks!
I was totally amazed that I could not only get the Fridge and one battery but to get another one for this a definite plus.
