When I received my first SetPower PT35 it would not start. Called SetPower Customer Service. They had me perform some checks. I made a video and took some pictures which I sent to them. They determined that the unit was defective and authorized a return. They sent me the FedEx return label and I boxed up and returned the defective unit. They shipped out a new fridge immediately upon receiving the defective unit.
The personnel that I dealt with on chat and over the phone where all concerned about one thing. That I was satisfied with the process and kept me up date on everything that was going on. True professionals. Really concerned about customer satisfaction.
I received my new PT35 SetPower Fridge yesterday Just powered it up and it is working perfectly. Thank you to all who were involved in this transaction. If you want good customer service.......go with SetPower! They take care of their customers!!!
