After him taking my information, he stated that I will be contacted by tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here and still no word from any of your representatives. Be careful! Think about it before you purchase it!

When the fan works, it’s awesome. It moves a lot of air. This is why I purchased it because of the battery power and being able to move it around from spot to spot. It lasted about a touch over a year and the battery burnt out. The manufacture does not supply and will not supply replacement batteries for it. Like I said, be careful think about it before you purchase it. Because now it becomes a pile of junk! My opinion, it also burned out on another fan which my friend owns for the same issue

I purchased this to have on hand for power outages. It’s well constructed and very quiet. The handle would not be comfortable to carry it far. Since the battery life is limited and you can’t add batteries it would only be useful overnight. The 16” is best for household use and the 12” a good size to take to an outdoor game.
